I haven't received my email confirmation or a delivery day, what should i do?
- Please check your spam folder as sometimes our automatic emails end up in there. If you still can't find anything, please get in contact with us and we will look into this for you.
What are your delivery days?
- We currently delivery Monday, Wednesday & Friday. During busy periods we do increase delivery days, but this will be made clear on our website when this happens.
Are all your products on your online shop?
- Not everything is on our online shop unfortunately. We've put a great range on our online shop and we will continue to add more products. Our plants range available online is very limited as of right now, but please do give us a call if you can't find what you want, and we can help over the phone. Call us on 01354741212
A product i want is showing out of stock, is it really out of stock?
- There is a good chance the product is out of stock if it's showing out of stock, but we do have a ‘buffer' set for our stock available on our online shop. This allows for any errors in our stock levels, but this does also mean that stock could be in stock but showing out of stock on our online shop. You can check by simply giving us a call on 01354741212
I can't make the chosen click & collect delivery day, what do i do?
- No problem at all! We'll hold the order for a while, and if the order is still there after some days have passed, we will give you a call to check you haven't forgotten. Alternatively you can give us a call to let us know of your changed collection day so we know.
I'm not going to be at home on the chosen delivery day?
- If nobody is home, we'll leave your products in a safe & suitable place for you. Alternatively, give us a call on 01354741212 or reply to your confirmation email & we'll change the delivery day to a day that suits you, as long as it's a Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
How do i use my Skylark Gift Card online?
- You can use your Skylark Gift Card on our online shop very easily!
- If you have a physical card: On the reverse of the gift card you will see some numbers in the bottom right corner. We have some invisible numbers for our Gift Cards which are '7412125'. So if your gift card has '999' on the reverse, your gift card number is actually 7412125999. This full number can also be found on your gift card receipt you get after purchasing the gift card.
- If you have an e-gift card purchased online: Your gift card number can be found on the e-gift card.
Can i use my Loyalty Card online?
- I'm afraid not. Our online store does not have the systems in place to allow this to happen.
